The objective of this project is to develop tools and contents for mobile devices, aiming to improve the accessibility of technical content for farmers / workers and support the action of extensionists, promoting innovation in the milk production chain. For this work, the level of literacy, skills and resources available to farmers and extension workers are considered, so that they have access to and can understand the information and technological knowledge, allowing their individual and professional improvement. The focus is on technology transfer aimed at improving production systems in the field and milk quality for industry through inclusive and continuing education. To support innovation in the milk production chain, we intend to provide effective and innovative communication channels, considering the different vehicles for access to technical information such as notebooks, tablets, smart TVs, smartphones, among others. The main challenge in any and all technological solutions is the quality assurance (focused on the aspects of accessibility, comprehensibility and usability) of the information available to the public involved in the milk production processes. One way of dealing with different beneficiaries is to offer the possibility of adapting the content of the texts to the respective needs and to the available resources in mobile devices. Because of the inability to read and / or understand, many farmers are unable to absorb the information provided by the researchers on new processes that can contribute to the improvement of the production system and the quality of the product. To minimize this problem, the Human Computer Interaction (HCI) approaches, pedagogical principles, common sense knowledge and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are underway to improve the process of disseminating information and knowledge to dairy farmers. The expected result is better availability and access to the technical and scientific materials produced by the research for farmers and extension agents and an effective dialogue with the different publics of the milk production chain. To achieve the objectives, the following initiatives are contemplated: development of the Recommendation System, development of an accessible and responsive design hot site, application development for mobile devices, production and adaptation of content for mobile devices at the literacy level of the target audience, validation of the application and hot site, and the dissemination of tools and content adapted.
