An electronic spreadsheet to be used as a Digital Fieldbook. The spreadsheet is available in ODS, XLS and PDF formats (the latter for printing). It is possible to register farm information, plot identification and all production data about plant management, weather conditions, irrigation, mineral and organic fertilization, pests and disease monitoring, use of pesticides and phytoregulators, labor usage, pre-harvest evaluations, harvest and notes in general. The spreadsheets can be used for recordkeeping, storing traceability information in the format recommended by brazilian Integrated Production standards. The format defined by this spreadsheet creates a standard to be used for interchange of Integrated Production data between different software.
