On August 23, Embrapa Cotton will welcome a delegation of representatives of the European Union in Brazil and of Euraxess Brazil, an iniciative that aims at promoting career development and mobility of researchers between Brazil and Europe. The goal is to present the opportunities for cooperation under the Horizon Europe, an aid program by the European Commission, and hear from representatives of Northeastern institutions about their experiences, challenges and internationalisation strategies. The event is open to researchers in all areas of knowledge. In addition to Paraíba state, the mission will also visit Rio Grande do Norte and Pernambuco. Participants include Dhallys Mota Nunes, advisor responsible for ST&I for the delegation of the European Union in Brazil; Charlotte Grawitz, regional representative of EURAXESS in Latin America and the Caribbean; and Gledson Emídio, Euraxess advisor in Latin America and the Caribbean; on top of stakeholders in the areas of Science, Technology and Innovation in Campina Grande connected to the Paraíba State Research Support Foundation - FAPESQ, Federal University of Paraíba and the Federal University of Campina Grande.
